LABELING THE OUTSIDE OF ENVELOPES:  Please indicate the name of the trial you are entering on the outside of the envelope or overnight.   We receive a large volume of entries and as the trial season gets underway -- more trials are open at the same time. It would help to expedite the process if envelopes were clearly marked.  

If you are sending entries are for more than one trial in an envelope, then please write the names of each trial on the outside of the envelope.

SEND SEPARATE CHECKS PER TRIAL: Trial data is stored in separate databases.  This includes entries and payment information.  Only one check can be used to pay for a trial -- please do not attempt to pay for multiple trials with one check.

 

SEPARATE EMAILS FOR EACH TRIAL MOVE-UP or CANCELLATION:  Please send separate emails for each move-cartoon doggieup and cancellation for multiple trials.  Please put the name of the trial in the subject line of each trial. Please remember the deadline for move-ups is always on Monday at 6:00 PM. before the trial.  Please do not send one email asking us to move-up you dog up for multiple trials in one email.  AND PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE ALWAYS SEND A RESPONSE...if you did not get an response email - then we did not get your email. 

 

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW YOUR PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATION:   Please remember to review each of your preliminary confirmation to ensure that your dog has been entered into the correct class.  If you have moved from Preferred to Regular classes, or changed your dog's jump height, please double-check your confirmation to be sure that your changes have been made.

NEW JUMP HEIGHT CARD RULES & ENTRY FORMS !
Effective 1/1/2010 you no longer need to include your jump height card. YEAH !
Please note though that you will need to use a NEW ENTRY FORM starting 1/1/2010.
I have new entry forms available and have sent out PRE-FILLED NEW ENTRY FORMS via email.   If you did not get the emails with the NEW pre-filled entry form attached please email me.

SPECIAL REMINDER: Please remember to make sure you check the box, sign, and write "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" on any overnights. The Post Office will not even attempt delivery and will return them marked "Refused"
 Please note that you cannot pay for multiple trials with one check.  Each trial is a separate database.
Judging by the errors in entries - we need to warn everyone.    Please make sure you fill out your entry forms correctly and completely - that includes, class, division, jump height, call name, registered name, AKC registration number, agreement back page, breed, dog's height, date of birth, AND the Total Fees for that entry.    These upcoming 660 run trials will fill on the first day and we will not accept entries that are not complete - and that includes having the check made out for the correct amount and made out to the right payee.   Do not risk having your entry refused because you did not fill it out properly......please spread the word about this to anyone you know….Do not waste your overnight fee by sending an incomplete entry or wrong check.  PLEASE double-check your entries before mailing them.  I encourage you to do your math right on the entry form.   

If your entry form is incomplete or incorrect you will have to RE-SUBMIT A CORRECTED ENTRY FORM with all the fields completed BEFORE the trial.  This is necessary due to AKC rules on entries needing to be filled out completely.  Sorry about this, but at a previous trial, an AKC rep checked all our entries and flagged entries that were not completely filled out.

My post office has changed delivery time to 3 pm in the afternoon so I must change the opening date on order to process entries in a timely fashion.  Please check with the specific carrier for overnights to see "when" they deliver  on each specific Monday holiday and check my link  about when your really "need" to send overnights
