Judge change for DVGSDC trial Sept 24-25, 2016:

Kylie Bourke will not be judging at this trial.  If you wish to cancel due to the judge change, you must notify Fast Times before the trial closes on September 6th in order to get a refund.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs without height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: As early as 7:30 am, briefing at 7:30 am. Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds. Outside on grass.

Take Exit 343 (old Exit 27) off the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Willow Grove) Go North on 611 to Doylestown. Stay on By-Pass to toward Easton Exit Dublin (313) turn right.  Go to 4th Traffic Light (Cold Spring Creamery Road) and turn left Maennerchor Field is on the left.

From 287 take Somersville 202S into Pennsylvania (Doylestown).  Make a Right onto 313.  At 2nd light make a right onto Cold Spring Creamery Road.

South on 313.  Cross over Route 611.  At 2nd light make a left.  Maennerchor Field is on the left.

There shall be no refunds after the closing date for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal.  If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.   Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 888-521-1706

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
