HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee per day. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be

MUST BE RECEIVED by the START OF THE FIRST TRIAL day that the dog is first entered (must be BEFORE the dog runs - turn in to the scoring office).

A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 888-521-1706 or brought to the trial

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
