Special “GLORY RUN” on Friday

Garden State Golden Retriever Club is pleased to offer a "Glory Run" at this agility trial. This special event is designed to showcase and honor retired and/or disabled agility dogs, and will be run during a mid-morning break in the trial. The Glory Run will be a course that consists of tunnels, jumps and a 4” table at the end, which each dog may run at any height or at no height (bars removed); each dog may run the complete course or any part of it. While each dog is running we will announce his/her full name, titles and whatever other info his/her owner would like us to read. At the conclusion of the run, we will present each dog with a special rosette, bearing his/her name and titles. The cost for a Glory Run will be $15.00. The proceeds in excess of the cost of running this event will be donated to either the Golden Retriever Foundation or The Morris Animal Foundation, at each owner's choice. This event is limited to 20 dogs on a first come basis. To enter your dog, fill out this Glory Run entry form and send it, with a check payable to Garden State Golden Retriever Club to Susan Palius. HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. From North: GSP (Garden State Pkwy) South to Route 9, South on Route 9 towards Freehold. Take exit for Route 18 South (left exit). Follow Route 18 South to exit for Route 537 West (towards Freehold). Before second light on Route 537 West, follow sign bearing to the right jug handle in order to make a left on Kozloski Rd. YOU CANNOT MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO KOSLOSKI. Show site is approximately 0.5 miles on the right.

From Northeast: Route 537 West To Kozloski Road. Before Kosloski, follow sign bearing to the right jug handle in order to make a left on Kozloski Rd. YOU CANNOT MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO KOSLOSKI. Show site is approximately 0.5 miles on the right.

From East: Take Route 33 West to Kozloski (Gas Station at Intersection). take a left up the ramp in order to get onto Kosloski Blvd heading north. Follow to site on left approximately 0.6 miles to site. If exiting GSP at NJ-33 heading W towards Freehold you can: 1. Bear right onto Business 33 past the intersection with Fairfield Road and then follow direction above or 2. Take Highway 33 and exit norhtbound onto Halls Mill Rd , which changes name to Kozloski Rd at the Howell/Freehold border and then follow directions above.

From West: Take Route 33 East (4 lane, NJ Turnpike Exit 8 ) to Halls Mill Rd Exit (This is past the Route 33, Route 537 and Route 9 exits). Take Halls Mill Rd. North (it turns into Kozloski) to site on left.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 888-521-1706

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
