If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. | There shall be no refunds after the closing date for entries withdrawn after
the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are
absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such
dismissal. If because of
riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management
it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will
be made.
Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00
processing fee for ANY
refunds.
ALL REFUND
REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE
MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING
ADDRESS WITH REQUEST. BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee per trial/day. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. A copy of Veterinarian's note AND COPY OF THE FINAL CONFIRMATION FOR DOG MUST accompany any such refund. 1. Requests BEFORE THE TRIAL can be scanned and sent via email or faxed to 888-521-1706. 2. Once the trial starts they must be presented to the scoring trailer BEFORE THE FIRST RUN of the first day entered at the trial.
